Non-Motor (Non-Medical) Underwriter – Nicosia
Responsibilities include:
- Profitable multiline business underwriting.
- Underwrite all accounts in accordance with underwriting guidelines and individual authority statement.
- Data analysis and regular review of portfolio
- Work with distribution network and develop books of business.
- Administration – file keeping and organisation of client accounts
Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
- Degree in Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Law, Finance or similar field.
- Certificate of Basic Insurance Training
- 3+ years Underwriting/insurance experience. Applications with less experience may be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek and English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products especially Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong time management.
- Strong administration skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, team-oriented, organised individual with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience with the following products will be greatly advantageous: D&O and PI
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Monthly salary according to qualifications and experience.
